However, we are not liable for damage to items that were not disclosed prior to service, such as fragile, high-value, or irreplaceable items. Clients are responsible for securing pets, valuables, and breakable items before our team arrives. In the rare event of damage caused by our team, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
